Terms of Sale
Last updated 10 July 2026
1. Who you're buying from
artscii.com is operated by Ptero Tech LLC, a company registered in the United States, trading as Artscii ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@artscii.com. These terms apply to every purchase made through this site; placing an order means you accept them.
2. Products & ordering
Our products are made to order: production of your item begins shortly after your order is placed. Product images are as accurate as screens allow, but small variations in colour and placement are inherent to individually produced goods and are not defects. An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation; we may decline or cancel orders we reasonably suspect are fraudulent, and we'll refund in full if we cannot fulfil an accepted order.
3. Prices & payment
Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars and include what they say they include — shipping and any taxes are itemised before you pay. Payment is collected at the time of order by our payment processor, Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Where sales tax or import duty applies, taxes are collected as required and cross-border duties are the recipient's responsibility.
4. Delivery, returns & refunds
Production times, shipping windows, our damage/defect guarantee, the 24-hour change window, and how refunds are paid are all set out in our Shipping, Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave at checkout.
5. Intellectual property
All artwork, designs, and content on this site are original works owned by Ptero Tech LLC (or licensed to it). ARTSCII is a trademark of Ptero Tech LLC. Buying a product gives you the physical item — it does not transfer copyright or grant any licence to reproduce the artwork.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
7. Disputes & governing law
If something goes wrong, contact us first — nearly everything is fixable at support@artscii.com. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, and disputes belong to the state and federal courts located in Ohio.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
