Privacy Policy
Last updated 10 July 2026
We collect the minimum needed to make and deliver your order, we don't sell personal data to anyone, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time.
What we collect, and why
| Data | Why we have it |
|---|---|
| Name, shipping address, email | To produce, ship, and give you updates about your order. |
| Order history | To handle support, replacements, and refunds; and because tax law requires us to keep transaction records. |
| Payment | Handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and the last digits of your card — never your full card details. |
| Emails you send us | To answer them. |
| Basic technical logs | Security and keeping the site working (IP addresses in server logs, retained briefly). |
Who we share it with
Only the parties needed to fulfil your order, and only what they need:
- Payment processing — Stripe processes your payment under its own privacy policy.
- Production & shipping partners — receive your name, shipping address, and the items to produce, because they physically make and ship your order.
- Email delivery — a transactional email provider sends order confirmations and shipping updates to you.
We do not sell or rent personal data, full stop. No advertising trackers run on this site.
Cookies
The shop uses strictly-necessary cookies only (session and cart), plus any preferences you explicitly consent to. This pre-launch page sets no cookies at all.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support correspondence is kept while it's useful for helping you. Everything else is deleted when no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (we'll anonymise order records where the law requires the transaction itself be retained). Email support@artscii.com and we'll handle it — no forms, no runaround. If you're in the EU/UK, these are your GDPR rights and you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority; California residents have equivalent rights under the CCPA.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Ptero Tech LLC (trading as Artscii), reachable at support@artscii.com. If we materially change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
